Job Overview Responsible for formulating and optimizing production processes and providing technical support to the production department. - Analyze and solve process problems in the production process, propose improvement measures and promote their implementation. - Provide technical support to the production department to solve technical problems encountered during production. - Conduct technical communication and coordination with suppliers to ensure that the purchased raw materials and components meet technical requirements. - Organize and archive the technical information of products, including drawings, process documents, test reports, etc.

Job Requirements - An associate degree or above, with preference given to those majoring in relevant fields such as mechanical engineering and mechatronics. - At least two years of experience in R & D of mechanical products or technical work, with preference given to those with experience in the design and manufacturing of small mechanical equipment. - Proficient in using mechanical design software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and office software. - Preference will be given to those with Chinese communication skills. - Be proactive at work, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
