Job Responsibilities Procurement Management Oversee sourcing of raw materials, equipment, and MRO supplies for the US plant, optimizing local supplier networks. Conduct cost analysis, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery. Coordinate cross-border procurement between China and the US, resolving logistics, customs, and quality issues. Internal Control & Compliance Develop and monitor procurement & inventory control procedures, ensuring compliance with US and Chinese audit standards. Mitigate supply chain risks (e.g., supplier fraud, delivery delays) through contract supervision. Support HQ in financial audits and SOX compliance. Collaboration Act as a liaison between HQ and the US plant to align procurement strategies. Train local teams on Chinese corporate processes and cultural practices.
Job Requirements
Requirements Essentials Must hold valid US work authorization (H1B/Green Card/EAD) (specify in resume). Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & verbal). Background Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical preferred). 3+ years in US manufacturing procurement, with ERP experience (e.g., SAP/Oracle). Skills Knowledge of US supplier markets and procurement laws (e.g., UCC, FAR). Strong financial acumen for TCO analysis. Flexibility for occasional meetings during China time zones. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
