Your tasksEstablish, maintain, and continuously improve assembly instructions, manufacturing processes, tooling specifications, safety procedures, and related documentation for both new and existing jumper products, ensuring compliance with product specifications, workmanship standards, customer requirements, and Application Engineering requests. Develop and maintain SOPs, PFMEAs, control plans, and other manufacturing documentation required to support safe, efficient, and standardized production operations. Manage the procurement and preparation of spare parts and consumables for production equipment. Establish and maintain equipment databases, and oversee the control and maintenance of assembly fixtures, jigs, and tooling while driving process standardization initiatives across manufacturing operations. Collaborate closely with the Global AG team on process transfer activities, best practice sharing, and new technology or knowledge deployment to ensure alignment across sites.
