- Create, develop and implement technical designs and plans to accelerate customer growth by providing repeatable, documented and qualified designs across the Networks’product line. - Become a technical subject matter expert for sales and marketing to help implement products, applications and solutions. - Provide technical support/solutions to pre-communication, on-site products deployment, bidding activities and project follow up. - Establish strong relationships with customers and sales team. - Develop and deliver technical training for sales and marketing teams. - Build, influence and maintain a network within the Open Networking ecosystem to be a sensor for industry trends.

- More than 5 years experience in a technical role with customer facing experience. - Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications, Computer Science or Engineering required. - Experience technical product or program management and working directly with engineering teams. - Experience working with Open Networking solutions and related operating systems such as SONiC and Linux. - L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience with Data Center and Campus networks. - Expertise in routing and switching and understanding of competitive landscape (e.g.Cisco, Juniper, EdgeCore Networks, Arista). - Proficient in the technical application of dynamic routing & tunneling protocols such as OSPF, BGP, IPV6, VXLAN, MPLS VPN. - Familiar with Network Virtualization (VSU, MLAG) - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Self-starter with critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, to draw upon exemplary program/ project management. - Ability to influence business and technical leaders in a dynamic environment and the desire to drive continuous process improvement.
