1. Responsible for the synthesis, research and development, and modification of nanomaterials, familiar with commonly used materials for anti-tumor drug delivery, anti pathogenic microorganisms, and improving signal amplification performance; 2. Surface modification, process route design and optimization of nanomaterials; 3. Responsible for performance testing, microstructure analysis, and technical support during the production process after material synthesis; 4. Write research and development reports, establish process standards, and write process documents.

1. Doctoral degree or above, majoring in Organic Chemistry, Biology, Materials Science, and Polymer Chemistry; 2. More than 2 years of relevant material modification and synthesis work experience, mastering the synthesis and operation skills of various modification processes; 3. Able to independently develop experimental plans, conduct product research and development, analyze and summarize experimental results; 4. Priority will be given to those with experience in the development and commercialization of nanomaterial drug carriers and probe modification related products.
