Job responsibilities
岗位职责：1．全面统筹车间日常管理、生产计划安排、人员调度等工作。2．协助公司制定生产计划，生产管理的各项规章和制度，并完善产品生产相关流程和制度。3．编制年度生产安全计划，下达生产计划和任务，安排和控制生产作业进度。4．检查与协调人、机、料等资源进行订单有序生产，保证按期交付。5．团队建设与管理，培养、督导监督部门员工，定期组织安全教育。
Job Requirements
任职资格：1．三年以上现场生产管理工作经验。2．规模在100人以上的员工管理经验，熟悉生产计划、调度、统计方式方法。3．具有企业管理、生产管理、产品管理、质量管理等相关专业知识。4．具备生产过程规划、统筹、管控能力。5．具备良好沟通能力和团队协作精神。6．能适应公司指派工厂上班注：1．本职位能适应在广东深圳、惠州、广西北海出差上班2．工资面议
