1. Product technical support: cooperate with marketing personnel, conduct technical exchanges with customers, explain the company's products and technical solutions to customers, answer customer questions, analyze and understand customer needs and pain points, and formulate technical solutions according to customer needs to assist in the conversion of sales orders; 2. Writing of technical documents: fully interpret and sort out customer needs, arrange, refine, and archive the technical documents before the sale of the project, prepare the technical documents of the company's products or solutions, and participate in the review of technical solutions; 3. Preparation of bidding documents: assist relevant personnel to prepare project bids and prepare technical materials for project bidding; 4. Technical training: Conduct regular training for sales personnel, enhance the technical analysis ability of sales personnel, and formulate training materials and sales demand import documents; 5. Responsible for the formulation of technical agreements for the project, project contracts and technical review, assist the project manager to complete the internal project approval of the order import, and follow up the whole process of delivering the technical interface of the project. 6. Product promotion: assist the marketing department to produce product promotional materials, participate in domestic and foreign exhibitions, and promote the company's products; 7. Work collaboratively with various departments to be able to externally input interface documents.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, telecommunications, electrical, electromechanical, automation, battery and other science and engineering related majors, familiar with energy storage technology, industry application and related knowledge, inverter, energy storage system, power system and other electrical design experience is preferred; 2. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, English as daily working language, able to communicate with customers in English, able to adapt to overseas business trips, overseas study experience is preferred; 3. More than 2 years of experience in R&D, design and technical support related to related products (photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage, EMS, PCS, BMS, energy storage temperature control system, high and low voltage power equipment, microgrid, etc.), familiar with the basic principles and system price of energy storage products, and able to formulate reasonable solutions for users for the project; Able to develop and communicate with customers about system solutions and sub-modules, conduct professional exchanges with suppliers and third-party organizations in related fields, and improve system design; 4. Be able to independently design and prepare project plans and project bidding documents, and have the ability to independently write PPT plans; 5. Good communication/coordination skills and technical communication and presentation skills for solutions; 6. Proficient in CAD, Microsoft related software.
