Job responsibilities: 1. Docking with overseas business after-sales service team, responsible for business-related data collection, collation, analysis and reporting, and output relevant business data analysis reports based on business; 2. Linkage products, service experience and other business resources to provide guarantee for the systematization and productization of the rule process; 3. Responsible for the optimization and improvement of internal knowledge base and service rules process; 4. Improvement and review of other standardized processes.

Job Requirements: 1, bachelor degree or above, Russian C1 or above level; 2, good logical analysis and judgment ability, excellent execution; 3. Familiar with the operation process of customer service business modules, preferred; 4. Professional experience in quality system construction, project management and process optimization is preferred.
