Job responsibilities
Overall Management of Subsidiary​ Oversee the comprehensive operation of the Vietnam subsidiary, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Achieve the annual business management tasks and profit targets assigned by the headquarters.​ Brand Marketing System Development​ Based on the local general machinery industry, establish and optimize the self-owned brand marketing system and framework. Formulate and implement brand promotion strategies to enhance the brand's influence and competitiveness in Vietnam.​ Team Building & Sales Execution​ Build local marketing and service teams for the subsidiary. Collect and analyze market information, identify high-value customer needs, formulate sales strategies, optimize channel construction, and lead the team to collaborate with headquarters' product lines to achieve sales targets.​ Team Management & Organizational Capability​ Manage the local team, implement performance evaluation, training, and motivation systems to continuously enhance the subsidiary's organizational capabilities.​ Operational Risk Management​ Assume responsibility for identifying and controlling operational risks of the subsidiary.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; proficiency in German, Spanish, or Vietnamese is preferred.​ Over 5 years of experience in international sales and sales management within the general machinery or mechanical industry.​ Proven ability in managing overseas sales companies, with familiarity with their operational systems and management models.​ Strong challenge-taking spirit, acute market insight, and excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.​ Willingness to accept long-term overseas assignment.​ Prior knowledge of the local Vietnamese market is preferred.
