Optical regulation tracking and adaptability analysis; 6. Guide technicians to improve their professional skills in optical design; 7. Responsible for the formulation and optimization of verification specifications for optical design.

1. Working years and qualifications: more than 10 years of working experience in optical technology of automobile lamps in a benchmarking company; 2. Be able to coordinate and deal with the coordination of the optical design, structural design and overall vehicle styling of automobile lamps and lanterns, and independently solve the emergency of technical problems; 3. Solid theoretical foundation and practical experience in the optical design of automobile lamps; 4. Familiar with the failure modes and failure mechanism in optical design, structural design and manufacturing process, and able to propose corresponding prevention schemes.
