Job responsibilities
1、Responsible for the localisation of product version language translation, revision, data annotation and other work, and communicate with other team members; 2、Assist the product to carry out local market and user research work, including information collection and user interviews. 3、Responsible for the user experience testing of the product running locally, and provide quality supervision for the localisation of the product; 4、Responsible for local users' customer service, and collect user experience feedback to provide suggestions for product optimisation or iteration; 5, to local humanities or customs as a guide, for the product in the local online user promotion and operation of the proposed activities with regional characteristics; 6、Responsible for local user operations, collect and analyse user needs, and assist in the development of local online and offline activities;
Job Requirements
1. Having more than 3 years of user operation experience in SaaS software products or e-commerce platforms, with priority given to those with experience in social e-commerce or live streaming e-commerce; 2. Having certain abilities/experience in marketing planning or marketing activities, and understanding the basic processes of user operations; 3. Having excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of timely and accurate remote transmission of market or user information to product, technology, and other teams; 4. Having a very deep understanding of local culture; 5. At least 2 language abilities: highly proficient in local language+English or Chinese;
