1. Native Korean speaker or spoken Korean is close to the degree of mother tongue, and Japanese is excellent; 2. Study in Korea/Japan or long-term life experience is preferred; 3. Korean/Japanese customer service or tourism related experience is preferred; 4. Quick Internet search ability and reaction ability; 5. Strong analytical skills
