Job responsibilities
1.Office Management & Operations: Oversee and execute daily administrative, HR, financial, and procurement operations to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. 2.Government Liaison & Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination with various Saudi government departments. Build and maintain positive government relationships, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure company compliance. 3.Translation & Interpretation: Provide accurate written translation and verbal interpretation between Arabic and English for business documents, meetings, and correspondence. 4.GR Support & Applications: Lead the preparation, submission, and follow-up of government applications, including grants and incentives, ensuring a seamless end-to-end process. 5.PR & Event Support: Provide logistical and administrative support for company public relations activities, including press releases and media engagement.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or higher. A degree in International Business, Business Administration, or Finance is a plus. 2.Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an administrative, HR, or general office role within Saudi Arabia. 3.Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English is essential (both written and verbal). Knowledge of Chinese is a significant advantage. 4.Local Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Saudi local laws, regulations, and business practices. Existing relationships with government entities will be highly valued. 5.Strong Skills: Excellent execution, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask effectively and solve problems proactively. 6.Personal Attributes: High sense of responsibility, resilience, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
