Location: Mexico City We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon Mexico Vendor Central (VC) business while supporting operations across key local marketplaces. This role requires strong hands-on Amazon experience, knowledge of local tax regulations, and the ability to drive sales through operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities - Manage Amazon Mexico Vendor Central (VC) operations: catalog, inventory, POs, pricing & promotions - Ensure full compliance with local tax and platform regulations - Track daily KPIs, forecast inventory, and drive sales performance - Use Seller Central (SC) expertise to optimize listings and operational processes - Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights for growth - Support operations for Mercado Libre, Walmart, Coppel, Liverpool, and other marketplaces - Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and product teams - Prepare regular performance reports and manage customer feedback & ratings

- 3–8 years of e-commerce operations or marketplace experience - Hands-on experience managing Amazon Mexico VC and Amazon SC operations - Strong understanding of Mexican e-commerce tax rules & compliance - Familiarity with platforms such as Mercado Libre, Walmart, Coppel, Liverpool - Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and execution mindset - Native Spanish and professional English proficiency (Mandarin is a plus) - Experience in consumer electronics or working with Chinese brands is a plus
