Curriculum development and selection of teaching materials Participate in or lead the development of English courses according to students' actual level and needs. Continuously update and optimize the teaching content and methods based on teaching effectiveness and student feedback. Student Management and Counseling Pay attention to students' learning status and psychological changes, and provide necessary learning guidance and psychological counseling.
