The Employee has the duties include the follows: 1.Preparing lesson plans for the classes under the format and structure of DE; 2.Teaching English and/or Drama classes; 3.Directing, assistant producing, adapting and writing shows; 4.Preparing and developing teaching and learning materials; 5.Conducting and reporting student assessment and evaluation; 6.Covering classes of other teachers when they are unavailable; 7.Attending all training, professional development, regular monthly meetings, and briefings; 8.Attending all necessary marketing events for business promotion; 9.Co-work with team to develop teaching programs; 10.Internal and external teachers’ training program design, organizing and executions; 11.Be responsible to support the training school marketing and sales events incl. Audition, demo classes, marketing events etc.; 12.Other reasonable duties as requested by the Employer.

Major in drama and performance, with drama performance and teaching experience, and TEFL certificate is required for non-native speakers
