Job responsibilities
1. Overall coordination of Human Resource Planning work, including the construction of company process system, the establishment of rules and regulations, the establishment of interview SOP, and the establishment of daily office management system; 2. Review and revise the compliance of various personnel and administrative documents; 3. Establish an effective communication mechanism to reduce communication costs, enhance the sense of belonging and stability of employees, and improve the comprehensive understanding of various situations of overseas companies by Chinese headquarters; 4. Improve the company's performance appraisal system, standardize the Performance Mangement process to ensure the integrity of the execution process; 5. Develop and revise the salary and benefits management system, and prepare the employee salary plan and benefits plan; 6. Assist the overseas country manager to find the core high potential, responsible for the recruitment of key and key position candidates and the daily emotional maintenance of employees, and establish the core team; 7. Complete other tasks assigned by the company's leadership.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in human resources, enterprise management, or administration; 2. Have 5 years or more of HR work experience (Internet industry experience is preferred), and more than 3 years of experience in the same position management; 3. Experience in recruitment management and specific project implementation is preferred; 4. Good cross-cultural communication skills, strong organizational and coordination skills, planning and execution skills; 5. Strong language communication skills, fluent in spoken Chinese and English.
