Responsibilities A part of following orders check every order's package according to PI; ask factory to update necessary information, such as lot , dates, factory number...; send the revised package to client, and also help client to check the information correct or not, till the designs all confirmed with correct information; after LC or prepayment, ask factory to start printing, after printing, push factory to send photos of all package to check the information again to avoid any problem; ask factory to send each order's inner package to our office. Do some new designs for new brand of client if some new clients or existing clients have no design for the orders, I will help client to do some designs; check with client about their logo or main color they prefer to, ask client's requirments; send client all neccessary that factory need to put or regulations of CIQ, check if there any confict with client's regulations; design it and then send to client, do some changes according to client' amendments; after confirmed by client, send to factory to put completed information. added services

Skills: do some designs for OT, such as banner, cards, posters...; help EGE to finished some leaflets, correct some data...; help administrative department to do some designs for company activities. networking, web sites and social media experience (e.g. LinkedIn, Weibo, Weichat, Facebook, etc); skilled in PHOTOSHOP, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW; skilled in OFFICE software; Able to work in a fast-paced; Strong willingness to learn new processes / methodologies; Attention to detail; Collective honor.
