1、Under the leadership of the project manager, responsible for the construction organization, arrangement, and management within the assigned scope of work. 2、Familiarize with design drawings, participate in design technical briefings and drawing reviews, prepare briefing and review records, and inspect and supervise construction teams to ensure compliance with technical briefing requirements at all levels. 3、Participate in the preparation of construction organization designs and sub-project construction plans. 4、Engage in project measurement, positioning, layout, measurement, and technical verification, and maintain relevant records. 5、Strictly adhere to construction specifications and acceptance standards, and guide various professional teams to carry out construction in accordance with the design requirements of the drawings. 6、Responsible for the preparation and documentation of engineering technical files and various technical materials, and promptly submit relevant documents and records to the data clerk for collection, organization, and summarization. 7、Diligently maintain construction diaries and promptly organize technical materials and竣工验收资料 (completion and acceptance documents) for the project.

1、College degree or above, with preference given to those with experience in municipal engineering. 2、Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of handling significant work pressure. 3、Possess good professional ethics, be diligent, steady, hardworking, responsible, and have a strong team spirit. 4、Basic knowledge of French and English.
