Job Responsibilities 1.Coordinate with various disciplines to complete architectural schematic design, preliminary design and fabrication & installation drawings. 2.Develop detailed construction drawings in accordance with relevant national laws, regulations, codes and standards for fire protection engineering design. 3.Refine the layout design and complete fabrication & installation drawings based on requirements of all disciplines, ensuring no impact on structural layout and meeting installation requirements of plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other equipment. 4.Conduct rational spatial layout according to usage requirements, timely resolve various on-site anomalies, and provide on-site technical support and guidance.

Job Requirements 1.Under 35 years old, bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in architecture, structure or related fields. 2.At least 3 years of working experience in architectural design, with experience in schematic design for international projects. 3.Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and familiar with industry practices in the UK and US construction industry. 4.Diligent, pragmatic and hardworking; with strong analytical ability and logical thinking, as well as high professionalism and sense of responsibility.
