Job responsibilities
• Develop locally relevant brand story and selling story based on existing material and guidelines.
• Define and validate target consumer and our reasons to believe.
• Set marketing communication matrix and execute to maximize efficiency in building the full business.
• Champion and own the marketing strategy/direction into international market and seasonal go to market execution.
• Develop the programs that will improve the brand's awareness and sales, through the message and media that are relevant to riders and riders-to-be.• Be intimately involved & knowledgeable in product direction, timing, details while influencing creative executions and go-to-market strategy.
• Work as one with global teams and well manage stakeholder matrix.
Job Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
1, 4-year BS / BA degree in marketing, business, and / communications
2, Confirmed knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
3, Proficiency in writing, speaking, Microsoft Suite products, Adobe products, etc.
4, Chinese and English fluency.
5, Enjoy and an actual gamer.
6, Ability to lead multiple teams while aligning their understanding, education, & execution with the rest of the teams across the organization.
7, 8-10 years of marketing experience. validated experience in management & team leadership.
8, Excellent communication and writing skills, strong presentation ability, & a phenomenal teammate.
9, Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, advise, and empower
