Schedule proper EPR/PPR trial production, complete EPR preparation and special material operations 5. Schedule weekly mass production plan and post-production review meeting 6. Import EPR model control cable the week after 7. Post-production review and develop improvement/enhancing plans, ECO/ECR/ECN process control 8. Internal Process / Efficiency / Quality / Utilization Project Improvement Program 9. Schedule meeting with customers, prepare customer meeting topics and inform relating units to prepare needed materials 10. Learning from customers' problems, in the shortest time replying to the customer's questions in the factory to complete work matters

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree or above, priority: bachelor's degree relating to electronic and communication engineering 2. Experience & Senority: (1). MPM related work for more than 5 years, familiar with factory operations and operations. (2). Having knowledge related to product planning, product management and production line coordination. (3). English: Listen, speak, read, write fluently (4). Familiar with new product introduction process DVT/EVT/PVT/MP (5). Having PMP certificate will be prioritized. (6). OEM/ODM/EMS system factory work experience 3.Final cost will depend on the actual situation 3.
