1. Arrange production according to plan and make sure 100% delivery 2. Collect and summarize the daily production data, analyze and conduct the shop-floor problem solving, follow the defined improve actions include quality and productivity. 3. Ensure that operators work right the first time according to TQC and WI/MPI; 4. Improve line productivity, reduce cycle time, scrap and waste; 5. Control production equipment properly to prevent damage and lost; 6. Work with team member on quality, process and yield continuous improvement; 7. Coordinate with related people to resolve day to day production problems; 8. Keep the discipline and production cleanliness to ensure the operators work in a safe environment. 9. Keep a good 5S level in shop-floor, identify the risks factors and eliminate it, ensure the operators work in safety environment.

1. Working in Penang, Malaysia 2. At least 3 years work experience as the shop-floor supervisor. 3. English skills: Read and write 4. Coumputer skills: Microsoft Office. 5. Be aware of the quality system: ISO9001/TS16949. 6. Can work under pressure and on shifts; Can use PPT, Excel for data summary and presentation.
