Job responsibilities
Secondary Network Development and Construction: Be responsible for the development, screening, evaluation and signing of secondary sales outlets (secondary networks) in the assigned area. Sales Target Management and Achievement: Decompose the company's monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets to each secondary network channel. Daily Operation Support and Management of Secondary Networks: Provide standardized operation guidance for secondary networks to ensure that they carry out store layout, vehicle display and sales processes in accordance with brand standards. Training and Empowerment: Regularly provide training on product knowledge, sales skills, policies and processes, and system operation for sales consultants of secondary networks. Market Activities and Marketing Support: Plan and organize joint market promotion, in-store activities and auto shows for regional secondary networks. Relationship Maintenance and Risk Control: Establish and maintain long-term, stable and win-win cooperative relationships with investors or persons in charge of secondary networks. Data and Reporting: Summarize the sales data, inventory data and market information of secondary networks on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Job Requirements
Be able to use English or Russian as the working language Have the ability to develop secondary networks Be able to control the order process and prevent compliance risks Have good social skills and goal-oriented awareness Have export business experience and be able to accept long-term business trips (border/overseas/domestic)
