Duties and Responsibilities: • Establish legal entity and team build for ECI’s Japanese subsidiary • Develop and execute strategies to achieve long-term business goals in Japan • Achieve or exceed sales quotas while maintaining profitability margins • Manage local staff, key accounts, and linguistic resources in Japan • Execute marketing strategy to attract prospective clients and retain existing ones • Build local infrastructure and enforce internal control procedures and group policies

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree required. Japanese citizenship or long-term visa status preferred • 2+ years of management and leadership experience • Fluent in English or Chinese. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in games industry or localization industry preferred
