Skills Required An advanced degree in Conservation, Environmental Science, Business Management, International Relations, or a related field. At least 15 years of leadership experience, including senior roles, managing multicultural and multidisciplinary teams—experience in the Asia region, and in Mongolia, is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in leading large-scale programmes or institutions, ideally in conservation, natural resource management, or international development. Strong track record in fundraising and resource mobilization, including building partnerships with government, donors, and the private sector. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills, with the ability to represent WWF at the highest levels. Deep understanding of risk management, safeguarding, governance, and compliance in an international NGO context.
