Formulate the company's development direction and set performance & profit targets.​ Assist all departments in normal operations to achieve corporate goals.​ Establish the company's quality objectives.​ Set the company's material cost targets.​ Define the company's labor cost targets.​ Assist in maintaining client relationships.

College degree or above; proficiency in Malay, Chinese, and English.​ Sales experience in Tray tray, heat dissipation, or ceramic industries.​ Define the standardization direction for company materials.​ Formulate the structural development direction for company product design.​ Promote the achievement of company work improvement goals.​ Timely complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
