Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive F&B strategy that dramatically drives revenue and maximizes profitability across all outlets. Conceptualize and implement innovative beverage and culinary programs that become the talk of the city. Analyze market trends and financial data to make informed, strategic decisions for menu engineering and pricing. Lead all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, including COGS, labor, and operational expenses. Create and deliver a calendar of captivating pop-up events, chef collaborations, and themed nights to boost footfall. Ensure all F&B operations exceed the highest standards of quality, consistency, and health & safety. Design unique, immersive guest experiences that are highly 'shareable' on social media and build brand loyalty. Forge strong partnerships with local purveyors, artists, and influencers to embed the hotel within the local cultural scene.

Possess demonstrated experience in successfully launching new concepts, restaurants, or bars from the ground up. Have a deep understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies to promote F&B venues. Have a successful background in developing and mentoring high-performing, diverse teams.
