Strategy-making1.Responsible for business positioning, overall planning and international brands invitation for the mix-used project of the company; 2.Responsible for organizing international market research, predicting international market trends and carrying out corresponding strategies towards changes and competitions in the international market. Daily Work 3.Responsible for international business negotiation and introduction, for contract talks and sign and for other coordination work when brands are being settled and the mall is open. 4.Responsible for timely adjustment for settled brands to improve their quality and to ensure the rationality of format structure. 5.Responsible for keeping the international business invitation work on track and making as well as implementing the yearly and monthly business plans; 6.Team building and performance appraisalother matters assigned by superiors and other daily department work

Basic requirements1.Bachelor degree or above in marketing, planning, economy or real estate-related majors, with overseas study or working experience. 2.Over 5 year experience in large or medium-sized retail businesses, commercial real estate companies or consulting firm.Skills:1. Bachlor degree or above in marketing, planning, economy or real estate-related majors,capable of talking in English during business negotiations. 2. Experience in commercial enterprise management and market positioning; excellent capability in development, planning and operational planning of commercial real estate; with successful practice in an overall operation. 3. Capable of developing a targeted leasing program and organizing a leasing team, rich business resources and the ability to promote business. 4. Rich investment channels; a good relationship with the anchor stores, sub-anchor stores and brand commercial chain, and a good reputation 5. Strong analytical and management skills, clear and agile thinking, strong communication and negotiation skills. 6. High sense of responsibility, a good sense of service and team spirit.
