Build and implement the enterprise's human resource management system according to the company's strategic objectives, including the comprehensive construction and implementation of staffing, employment and promotion development channels, performance and salary, talent training and other systems; 2. Complete recruitment tasks (mainly overseas), timely improve the enterprise's recruitment system and recruitment process, and analyze the situation of talents in the industry; 3. Establish and improve the talent introduction channels, talent selection mechanism and talent training mechanism of enterprises, and build a stable and sustainable talent management system; 4. Establish good labor relations and be responsible for the prevention and control of labor risks; 5. Job requirement： 1.1 to 3 years recruit experience based on block Chain industry is needed 2.At least 2 years working experience in overseas recruitment, good at recruiting foreigners or personnel with overseas relevant experience; 3. Hong Kong or Singaporean is preferred, proficient in Chinese is preferred 4. Full time bachelor degree or above, major in human resources management, psychology, law or management is preferred; 5. Be familiar with the operation process of various affairs of human resource management, and have rich practical experience in recruitment, training and performance; 6.
