JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 1. Giving English lessons in kindergarten as full-time teacher while ensuring teaching quality. 2. Create and maintain an ENGLISH language learning-friendly environment in kindergarten. 3. Participate in curriculum development. Plan class schedule, prepare teaching materials and resources. 4. As homeroom English teacher for same group in the morning, for afternoon teach English to different classes and support in teacher development training. 5. Observe and evaluate children, recording their performance and make suggestions for improvement. 6. To assist the safety regulations of children in the class, strictly implement the safety system and prevent accidents. 7. Familiar with Montessori/traditional education system and cooperate the Chinese teachers with giving its courses to children. 8. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: *From English native-speaking country. *Bachelor degree or above and recognized TEFL / TESOL qualification. *Two years' experience in teaching/training as a class teacher or teacher of English (early-childhood education background preferred). *No criminal record or any harmful habits. *Good health, energetic, open-minded, nice and patient, love and feel comfortable staying with young children. *Strong classroom and behavioral management skills and be able to teach mixed-ability classes. *Display the highest standards of professionalism and demonstrate excellence in class, a passion for maximizing students’ learning and skills development, a commitment to taking a full and active role in the organization.
