Job responsibilities
The Key Account Manager role requires an individual to enhance the customer's experience by providing strategic thought leadership, project management skills, validating JUSDA/s current value, and identifying areas of future value. This requires the ability to expand customer value to JUSDA SCM by increasing customer loyalty and improving key profitability metrics. Successful candidates are well versed in building relationships internally and externally, in influencing , and in managing change. Much of this individual's success will be based on their ability to build deep and lasting relationships with clients and internal employees, and customer retention with improved metrics.
A - Lead the strategic profitability development of designated Global and Regional Accounts through positioning Jusda as as long-term business partner.
B - Formulate a personal sales plan that incorporates initiatives for identifying and gaining new business prospects and maximize growth within the existing account base so that the required account sales results are achieved.
C - Develop and implement a strategy to promote Jusda advantage programs and solutions to the assigned list of customer accounts.
D - Create competitive advantage for customers demonstrating value of Jusda by adopting a consultative selling approach
Responsibilities/Duties:
• Display strong skills in global customer analysis to ensure that all customer requirements are being fulfilled.
• Identify, build, and manage relationships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts to ensure development of long-term business partnerships
• Manage and coordinate the agreed account initiatives , activities and projects to retain and grow ongoing revenue and profit contribution
• Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals selling solutions and managing customer expectations
• Coordinate the development and delivery of services and solutions that provide consistency and reusability to ensure customers to achieve their corporate objectives and gain competitive advantage through company
• Maximize profitability on incremental and new revenue by developing individual customer pricing strategies in conjunction with customer pricing team
• Manage, maintain and improve the customers' profitability
• Ensure cooperation with other members of the account team and throughout the sales forces.
• Cross selling with all business units.
Job Requirements
Requirements (Skills/Abilities/Experience):
• Good presentation, communication skills , spoken and written in English and Chinese
• 5 years corporate consultative / solution based sales experience in a logistics , warehousing or transportation related industry
• Experience in managing and developing global or regional base accounts
• Self-motivated individual with strong execution
• Solid knowledge of the supply chain management
• Experiences with international freight/trade operations
• Strong customer service orientation
Education/Licenses/certifications:
• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business, logistic or related disciplines or 5-year of equivalent experience
