Junior Graphic DesignerPRALINOR, a Belgium chocolate maker, is looking for a Graphic Designer based in Shanghai who understands packaging and the effects of visual identity on the brand experience. Job Description:- Create and update company marketing materials, brochures, Website, online shop, displays..etc.- Handle development of the promotional materials for the company- Creating Banners for Websites- Able to make suggestions, inputs in other projects- Contribute to all design concepts - Work closely with the CEO to creatively execute concepts for Pralinor- Develop and design new packaging concepts as well as develop other types of marketing materials- Understand/explore different materials and feasibility of production.- Passionately participate in and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions Conditions:- Internship /Part time / Full time. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities•Written and oral English. Chinese language abilities are a plus but not compulsory•Command of design software, Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoShop. 3D software is a plus•Must be motivated, good communicator, comfortable with following direction and able meet deadlines•Able to produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment•Strong interpersonal skills•Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail•Be commercially minded with an interest in packaging design features, trends and forecasting•Possess creative problem-solving skills•Friendly and professional attitude•Team player•Chinese and foreign designers are both encouraged to apply but need to be already live in Shanghai
