1. 必须是英语为母语的外籍人士。Must be native English speakers.<br/>2. 至少毕业于国际认可的大学及以上院校。Must have graduated from an internationally recognized institution.<br/>3. 具备教师证、TEFL证书或幼儿园/小学相关教学资格证。Must have either a teaching certificate, a TEFL qualification, or kindergarten/primary school related teaching qualifications.<br/>4. 具有良好的沟通能力、批判性思维能力和分析能力，善于引导低龄学生主动学习。Excellent communication, critical thinking and analytical skills; good at guiding young students to learn actively.<br/>5. 亲切友善、耐心细致，热爱儿童，能积极配合学校教学安排和各项工作。Kind, caring, patient and loving towards children; positive and collaborative attitude, able to actively cooperate with the school's teaching arrangements and various work.<br/>6. 具备基础课堂组织能力，能设计趣味化、互动性强的英文教学活动，适合幼儿园及小学阶段学生。Have basic classroom organization ability, able to design interesting and interactive English teaching activities suitable for kindergarten and primary school students.<br/>优先条件 Preferred Qualifications<br/>- 持有TEFL/TESL证书者优先。TEFL/TESL certificate preferred.<br/>- 有幼儿园或小学任教经验者优先，熟悉低龄段学生教学方法者优先。Having teaching experience in kindergarten or primary school is preferred; those familiar with teaching methods for young students are preferred.
