Major Requirement： Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation or other related majors. Work Experience： More than 8 years of independent R&D and design experience in the non-standard automation industry. Core Skills： Having technical management experience leading a team of 2 or more people. Having a deep understanding of non-standard automation equipment and rich work experience in the non-standard automation industry. Having rich experience in independently undertaking R&D projects of non-standard equipment with a value of over 1 million RMB. Secondary Skills：Possessing strong sense of planning and time management, awareness of technical risk control, cost awareness, and innovation awareness.
