Establish the management system and business system of overseas business, be responsible for the construction of the management team, improve the company's overseas business, vigorously expand customer resources, and do a good job in the maintenance of heavy customers; 5. Preside over the management of overseas business, formulate and implement annual performance targets and business development strategy plans, marketing planning plans and budget plans, and achieve enterprise management goals; 6. Combined with the company's business strategic planning, reasonably allocate and continuously optimize the human resource management of the department, continuously improve the company's overall organizational ability, and maximize the efficiency of human resources; 7. Improve solutions, product systems, etc., effectively integrate resources, establish and improve the delivery supply chain management system, and reasonably control costs.

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above; 2. More than 10 years of experience in finance, Internet and IT industries, overseas market expansion experience is preferred; 3. Rich experience in marketing development or tens of millions of project management experience; 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, team spirit and communication skills, be able to lead the team and coordinate all parties to complete the work; 5. Strong learning ability, keen market insight and excellent logical thinking ability; 6. BASE Hengqin/Beijing, need to travel to Singapore, Southeast Asian countries, English can be used as the working language.
