岗位职责：
1.负责成品率的提高；
2.解决产品可靠性问题；
3.负责新工艺研究、新技术推广；
4.工艺文件的制定与执行
5.产线效率的提升；
6.负责产线员工的培训与考核；
7.产线过程数据的收集；
8.协助完成部门相关
Job Requirements
招聘要求：
1.2年以上制造行业工作经验,电子制造业经验优先。
2.大专及以上学历,机械设计及自动化、电气行业优先
3.具备良好的机械、电子知识,了解基本的电磁理论
4.熟悉产品的装配工艺,对电气/自动化工序有一定的了解
5.良好的分析及解决问题的能力6.熟悉产品的生产工艺流程
6.良好的沟通和协调能力(中文/英文)
