Responsible for maintaining accounts payable and invoice ledgers, collecting, and verifying payment related documents and submitting payment applications Track and register e-commerce purchase invoices and prepare monthly payment statement Support the finance team with month-end close, including preparation of monthly financial statements and local German financial/tax reports Fixed asset management and inventory check Participate in other finance-related support tasks

Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in an economics, business or science related program Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. SAP software preferred Fluent in Chinese, good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in German and English
