Job responsibilities
1、Monitor industry and category development trends, conduct in-depth analysis of internal data and external market trend data, formulate annual brand market objectives for the category, and develop communication strategies for the category/new products.
2、Act as the primary responsible person for the global launch success of the product series and the integrated marketing management throughout the product lifecycle, including:
① Conducting communication market analysis, defining target audience positioning, and generating product insights.
② Developing product communication positioning, core messaging, and overall communication strategies.
③ Coordinating with relevant teams at headquarters and regional levels, and overseeing execution and implementation.
④ Summarizing and analyzing communication data.
⑤ Planning and executing global creative campaigns for product launches, and managing the production of creative content assets such as creative advertising videos and visual content.
3、Be responsible for introducing Business Development resources in conjunction with brand and product projects.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a marketing-related major. Overseas study experience and international work experience are preferred.
2、Minimum of 5 years of work experience in product marketing/integrated marketing or related fields, with extensive international perspective.
3、Experience in content creation and production, including graphics, short-form videos, long-form videos, etc.
4、Strong project management skills, time-conscious, risk management awareness, strong driving force, and a results-oriented work ethic.
5、Fast learning ability, capable of adapting to rapid business development, and strong stress tolerance.
6、Excellent teamwork skills, ability to adapt to working methods and scope within multicultural teams, and outstanding cross-departmental communication skills.
7、Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, sufficient for use as a daily working language. Proficiency in other foreign languages is a plus.
