Job responsibilities
Report To: Group HR Director (China Headquarters) + Factory Manager Location: Road 1440, Krong Chbar Mon, Cambodia Work Schedule: 6 days/week (local working hours) Target Onboarding: Mid to Late May Job Responsibilities:  Lead HR & administrative operations for Cambodia factory  Implement HR systems compliant with local labor laws (including 6S framework)  Bridge Headquarters policies with local execution (payroll, labor relations, etc.)  Handle labor disputes/strike prevention using local resources  Manage future local HR team (including Chinese-speaking assistant)  Coordinate annual/mid-year reporting trips to Headquarters  In the future, HR manager will lead a Chinese HR assistant (who speaks Cambodian) toCambodia.
Job Requirements
Requirements:  Cambodian national fluent in Khmer + Mandarin (business level)  Bachelor's degree + 3-5 years HR experience (30-40 years old)  Expertise in Cambodian labor law & government liaison  Experience resolving labor disputes/union negotiations  Ability to implement HR systems from scratch
