1. Mainly responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, establishing, and improving customer profiles in the Russian market; 2. Timely follow up on customer resources allocated by the company, understand customer needs and product development trends; 3. Negotiate project orders, collect and provide feedback on customer core needs, follow up and promote cooperation; 4. Responsible for pre-sales, after-sales, and customer information maintenance for existing customers, and implementing local services.

1. Russian, with a college degree or above. 2. CET-4 or above, with standardized English writing skills, strong oral expression skills, and smooth communication; 3. Priority given to those with operational management experience; 4. Outgoing, down-to-earth, enterprising, sincere, strong communication skills, strong pressure resistance, passion for sales, good communication and negotiation skills, and team spirit.
