Job responsibilities
1.Partners with the management team and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. 2. Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with store operations departments to understand skills and competencies required for the openings. 3. Maintains company compliance with meeting all government reporting requirements. 4. Take on an active role in fostering company culture and influence behaviors toward a performance driven organization.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development. -Experience in building a start-up team. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources Leader positions with proven experience in European countries.
