Job responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the Thailand factory, including collaboration with manpower agencies, to achieve hiring targets. • Source and recruit talent for frontline workers and functional positions to meet the factory's staffing requirements. • Foster positive employee relations, address employee inquiries and grievances, implement the performance appraisal system, and provide feedback and development recommendations. • Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with Thai Labor Laws, and communicate policy updates promptly. • Prepare HR reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support management decision-making. • Partner with various departments to understand business needs, deliver effective HR solutions, and facilitate communication and coordination with local government agencies.
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience. Prior experience in manufacturing or multinational corporations is highly preferred. • Language: Native proficiency in Thai. Strong command of English (verbal and written). • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Thai Labor Laws. Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite. • Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Strong team player with proven problem-solving capabilities.
