Assist the department supervisor in formulating the annual business plan, and take charge of the implementation of initiatives related to business objectives, key tasks, and operation management. 2. Support the department supervisor in identifying key business pain points and optimizing them from a process perspective. 3. Be responsible for the performance evaluation of process execution, and conduct process operation in accordance with the PDCA methodology. 4.
