Job responsibilities
Lead HR & administrative operations for Cambodia factory Implement HR systems compliant with local labor laws (including 6S framework) Bridge Headquarters policies with local execution (payroll, labor relations, etc.) Handle labor disputes/strike prevention using local resources Manage future local HR team (including Chinese-speaking assistant) Coordinate annual/mid-year reporting trips to Headquarters In the future, HR manager will lead a Chinese HR assistant (who speaks Cambodian) to Cambodia.
Job Requirements
Essential: Cambodian national fluent in Khmer + Mandarin (business level) Bachelor's degree + 3-5 years HR experience (30-40 years old) Expertise in Cambodian labor law & government liaison Experience resolving labor disputes/union negotiations Ability to implement HR systems from scratch
