Responsibility: -Establish and manage the heat treatment planning/ laboratory/production team. -Plan, organize and perform technical service for series production for heat treatment department. -Develop, define and realize the inspection and operating strategies for production process monitoring and products quality control for in-house produced parts. -Plan and lead heat treatment planning/ laboratory/production activities based on production standards and specifications of VW group, especially for VDA, ISO, VW TQS, etc. -Influence product design to be produced by in-house in the early project stage, to realize an economical and efficient production for new transmissions as well as series transmissions -Plan and realize the complete heat treatment workshop and infrastructure including all necessary machines for new projects. -Create feasibility studies for productivity of heat treatment regarding economical and strategic aspects. -Cost analysis and calculation for changes in the series production, for optimizations. -Organize generally the heat treatment production and control the quality of heat treatment production: -Personnel management in heat treatment department: selection of new employees, supervise, develop the competencies of the team members by assessing performance, regularly providing feedback and steering training activities to meet companys requirements
