Managing DirectorSouth-China Tasks and responsibilities:• Create strong and profitable growth in China,• Develop new market segments with customized and profitable strategies, • Develop regional sub dealers,• Develop a clear key account structure,• Optimize contribution margin by shorten cycle times,• Develop engineering/consulting/knowledge capabilities within company group, • Improve local quality management,• Implement motivating team structures, • Managing several departments (Production, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, HR/Finance/Admin, Sales).

• At least 5 years experience of sales experience, • At least 3 years in selling technical products, • At least 2 years of working experience related to premium equipment/innovative devices, • At least 3 years of management experience in China
