Lead the selection of key component chips, engage in technical communication with key customers and chip manufacturers, and drive the closure of all component/chip-related issues. 1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in high-speed optical module hardware research and development, at least 100G, 400G or above optical module hardware circuit development experience; 2. Have basic theoretical knowledge of optical communication, and be proficient in analog circuit and digital circuit application design; 3. Familiar with high-speed circuit design knowledge, electromagnetic field theory and simulation, and strong circuit analysis ability; 4. Have certain optical module supply chain resources, and be familiar with the industry's mainstream optical chip and electrical chip solutions; 5. Be familiar with high-speed signal testing, and be familiar with the use of oscilloscopes, bit error meters, spectrometers and other instruments; 6. Have proficient English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
