- Maintain a clean and organized work area. -Follow all Standards and Procedures as directed by trainers and management. - Uphold high service standards across all spa and fitness departments, including the Front Desk, Retail, Relaxation Area, Sluice Area, Fitness Center, and Spa Suites. - Report any dysfunctional equipment to the Spa Director. - Manage inventory of supplies and assist in daily operations. - Attend daily line-ups and spa meetings. - Maintain personal hygiene and appearance standards as set by the Spa Director. - Engage courteously with guests, answering questions and ensuring their comfort in relaxation and fitness areas. - Assist with pool cleaning outside operating hours. - Stay informed of relevant Health and Safety legislation. - Greet all guests warmly and proactively offer assistance. -Conduct fitness assessments and provide personal training while ensuring safe equipment use.

- Current certification from an accredited organization. - CPR/AED certification. - Strong understanding of exercise techniques, body mechanics, and fitness principles. - Familiarity with nutrition and wellness concepts. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire clients. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Must be physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises effectively. - Ability to perform various fitness activities.
