1. College degree or above, with Malaysia project experience is preferred; 2. Industry association operation management is preferred; 3. Understand the model of social APP and be good at exploring guild value; 4. Honest and cheerful person, strong learning ability and good professional quality, result-oriented, dare to accept challenges and have the courage to make breakthroughs; 5. Strong interpersonal communication skills and business negotiation skills, strong data analysis skills and logical thinking.
